Booking & Payments

Find the trip you’d like to join then choose your preferred departure date. Pay the deposit on our website and that confirms your place. We'll send you everything you need to prepare for your adventure including the trip booklet, including a packing list. A link to pay the remaining balance when it’s due and any pre-trip information needed before your departure.

A £300 deposit secures your place on most trips. The remaining balance is due 90 days before departure.

Yes. You're welcome to spread the cost with additional payments before the final balance is due. Get in touch with us if you’d like to do this.

You can reach us anytime via our contact page or email. We aim to respond quickly—usually within one business day.

The full balance is payable when booking. We will send you the invoice after your deposit is made online.

Yes you can, cancellations must be received in writing by email and are subject to the following fees per guest:
Between 90 and 60 days before the start of the trip: 30% of the full cost
Between 59 and 30 days before the start of the trip: 50% of the full cost
Less than 30 days before the start of the trip: 100% of the full cost
Changes by You
If you need to make changes after your deposit has been paid, for example changing dates, we will try our best to accommodate your request.Keep in mind changes are not always possible. If we are able to fulfil your request, you will be asked to pay an administrative fee of £100/person in addition to any new costs incurred.
No changes can be made, less than 30 days before the trip.

Every trip has an Adventure Level and detailed fitness information to help you choose the right adventure. If your unsure just drop us a message and were happy to help you decide.

Absolutely. Around 75% of our guests join us on their own, and many leave having made lifelong friends.

Most trips have between 6–8 guests, creating a relaxed and personal experience.

Specialist equipment is included on many trips. Each trip page clearly explains what's provided and what you'll need to bring.

For trips where personal equipment is required, we'll recommend trusted local hire shops where needed.

This depends on the trip, but every itinerary includes guidance on what you'll be carrying.

Each trip page includes recommended airports, arrival times and transfer information.

For some destinations we recommend arriving the night before. We'll explain this in your pre-trip information.

Many of our trips include transfers. Where they aren't included, we'll explain the best transport options.
Accommodation & Food

Accommodation varies by destination, from cosy mountain huts to comfortable cabins and family-run hotels. Each trip page explains exactly what to expect.

Most rooms are shared twin rooms unless otherwise stated. Some departures offer private room upgrades.

Expect hearty, homemade meals designed to fuel your adventures. Many are cooked by your guides using fresh local ingredients.
